As the pair comb the beach to find them, they discover mysterious obstacles along the way and realize they need YOU to be a great friend and use your voice to help them. 

This was an amazing project to work on. Gina created Theodore as a way to normalize and bring awareness to autism without bringing it as the main plot. Through the book, we see that the main character that is non-verbal, going through the story in his own way without addressing it! I hope that children can appreciate the book and the main character, and hopefully this can start a conversation about normalizing neurodivergence!

Theodore Bearkins Lost His Blue Sunglasses is the first book in the series. Each book has a color theme, the first book’s color is blue so most of the objects and environments fit with the theme!
