My Travel Alphabet was such a great project to work on. The challenge that I had was to balance the realism of each location, since they are real places on Earth, but also make them magical enough to inspire young children and interest them in the world around them. In the end, we succeeded in having a book that is beautiful and inspiring all around!

My Travel Alphabet was named Top 100 Best Indie Books of 2022 by Kirkus, and was awarded several awards, notably the Indie Book Awards, Moonbeam Book Award, Mom’s Choice Award and Purple Dragonfly Book Award.
